purchase we are able to issue a refund or exchange up to 7 days after the date of receipt. Shipment

costs are not refundable. Please note that sale items cannot be returned for an exchange, unless proven to be faulty.  

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within

7 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their

original condition.  Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your

return or exchange to be processed. Refunds are made once returned goods arrive LARISSA HADJIO UK studio,

we will notify you via email once your return has been processed.   

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want,

before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is 

in stock.

for our collections from all over the globe, to find the perfect materials, hardware and treatments.  

To make sure your bags live well, they should be well treated.  Suedes should be waterproofed 

regularly. Soft nappa leather needs to be moisturized every season with leather care products.
